In her role, Nairouz serves her clients in the recruiting of Board of Directors, Chairman, Chief Executive Officers, Division and Subsidiary Presidents and Vice Presidents. This broad base of commercial and business experience has covered markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
Nairouz serves the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) as a board member and Middle East and North Africa representative. She also serves on the AESC Board Committee for Emerging Markets. She served the Rotary organization as a board director, the Universal American School as a PTO president, and she is the (Official OSEC Expert) Human Resources international expert, certified by OSEC, Switzerland.
